Catalyst Copper (CCY-TSX Venture) is a copper and base metal developer with a focus on copper mining projects in Mexico. Their current focus is the La Verde copper property, which is situated in the Sierra Madre del Sur approximately 320 kilometres west of Mexico City in Michoacán State. It consists of two claims, Capire and Unificación Santa Maria, comprising approximately 16,900 hectares.
The Company can earn a 60% interest in the La Verde Project by advancing US$6 million (paid) to Teck Resources Limited’s Mexican subsidiary, Minera Torre de Oro, S.A. de C.V., and incurring aggregate exploration expenditures of US$10 million on the La Verde Project on or before December 31, 2012. Required exploration work under the agreement includes 30,000 meters of core drilling and 200 line kilometers of geophysical surveys.
Encanto Potash Corporation

Encanto was created to work with First Nations Peoples in Saskatchewan to assist them in developing potash resources on their lands. Encanto is focused on exploring for potash in five southeastern Saskatchewan prospects, working with the Chacachas, Day Star, Muskowekwan, Muscowpetung and Ochapowace First Nations.
Encanto Potash is rapidly moving towards an initial resource calculation on its Muskowekwan project in Saskatchewan, Canada. Initial assays returned values greater than 25% K2O or 40% KCl over mineable widths in two separate potash beds. The company plans to drill four infill holes at Muskowekwan for its initial resources calculation due in Q1 2011. Seismic results from an extensive 3D program at Muskowekwan are currently available.

President Paul Kroshko and his team were previously the operating management in Colombia for Petrominerales Corp. (PMG-TSX), where they discovered several new fields including Corcel and Mapache. Petrominerales currently produces approximately 30,000 bopd from Colombia.

Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Petromanas holds three Production Sharing Contracts (“PSCs”) with the Albanian government. Under the terms of the PSCs, Petromanas has a 100% working interest in six onshore blocks (Blocks A,B,D,E,2 & 3) that comprise more than 1.7 million acres across Albania’s Berati thrust belt.
Petromanas’ acreage lies within a proven hydrocarbon system. Rusoro Mining is a gold producer and explorer, with a large land position in the prolific Bolivar State mining region in southern Venezuela.
Rusoro’s corporate strategy is to become a mid-tier (>500,000 oz Au/yr), low cost gold producer in the near term. The Company operates the Choco 10 mine (formerly operated by Goldfields) and the Isidora Mine which are located the El Callao district in south-eastern Venezuela. Production Guidance for 2010 for the two mines combined is 110,000 oz Au.
Rusoro completed a Preliminary Assessment for a significant production expansion at the Choco 10 Mine and Mill in Q2 2009. The Company received very favourable economics in the PA study and has subsequently commissioned a Feasibility Study.
